I liked the room with a jacuzzi. Had hairdryers, a bidet, and a shower cap in the bathroom. The location close to all the important landmarks was favourable. Plus, it was near the main streets, old quarter, Spanish quarter, castles, palaces and fantastic restaurants, bars and shops.

Nicely decorated and modern room which had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Galleria borbonica. We enjoyed a LOVELY stay at this hotel and would consider staying here again.

I got great value for my money at Boutique Napoli Suite. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice amenities like a coffee machine and microwave. The location on the main shopping street was fantastic, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and provided good communication for finding and accessing the place.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling shopping street. It is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are clean and modern, with spacious and comfortable beds. the bathrooms are well-maintained, with impressive showers and massage features.
There were some issues with noise in the hotel. the thin walls made it difficult to sleep as we could hear our neighbors and even the radio playing early in the morning.
